1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the GlutenFree mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the App, and you should remove the software from your device immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Premium Subscriptions & Billing
GlutenFree offers access to features like Deep AI Analysis, cross-contamination warnings, and unlimited scan history through premium auto-renewing subscription tiers.
Key Subscription Terms:
- Available Tiers: Access is provided via standard Monthly Protection, standard Yearly Protection, or our special introductory Founder's Offer (Yearly) tier.
- Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each respective billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current standard rate, unless turned off in your iTunes/Apple App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Refunds & Management: All monetary transactions, processing, and refund requests are handled exclusively through Apple App Store commerce systems. The App developer has no authority to issue direct refunds or alter billing states manually.
3. Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement
GlutenFree is built and delivered for Apple iOS devices. Therefore, these Terms incorporate, and you agree to comply with, the official Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Under this framework, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control. Apple is not responsible for the App's content, support, or maintenance services.

4. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer
GlutenFree is designed to act as an auxiliary digital helper for scanning and evaluating ingredient labels using AI. It should never be utilized as a direct substitute for rigorous clinical advice or medical diagnosis.
The software services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the optical scanner or AI component analysis.
In no event shall GlutenFree, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or health-related damages resulting from hidden food cross-contamination, altered brand recipes, or any reliance placed on App outputs.
